Leslie McGill has been the executive director of the California Police Chiefs Association (CPCA) since July, 2002. Leslie began her career in association management with the California Peace Officers association in January 1981 as a communications assistant and served in a variety of positions, including deputy executive director, before assuming her current role with the Police Chiefs. She has a bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of California Santa Barbara, is a graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce' Institute for Organization Management and received her Certified Association Executive Certification from the American Society of Association Executives.

Anne V. Ambrose has served been at the helm of the City of Palmdale's public safety department since 1999. She began her work with the City in 1997 as a crime prevention officer then quickly promoted to supervise the unit. In 1999, she promoted to a management position responsible for all units within the department.
As the City's Director of Public Safety and Community Relations, Ambrose is responsible for administration of the second largest municipal law enforcement services agreement with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Additionally, Anne directs the City's civilian public safety programs including crime prevention, parking enforcement, community service officers, public security officers, volunteerism, and the South Antelope Valley Emergency Services Program (SAVES) which provides emergency food and shelter to qualifying individuals. Since 2005, Anne has also served as the City's emergency services coordinator with responsibility for implementing emergency preparedness and response programs for the City. She also chairs the City's Threat Assessment Team.

Regina T. Nordahl is Associate Dean, School of Policy, Planning, and Development at the University of Southern California (USC). In this role, she is responsible for the financial and administrative operations of the School and serves as the University's liaison officer to the Air Force, Army and Navy ROTC programs. In addition, she provides oversight to the Delinquency Control Institute, an executive training program certified by POST offering training for law enforcement, probation officers and interested practitioners addressing issues affecting at-risk-youth.
She currently serves on the Jordan Downs Redevelopment Human Capital/Family First Advisory Committee and on the Board of the Urban Peace Academy in collaboration with the Advancement Project's Urban Peace Institute. She recently served on the Board of Directors of City Scholars Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds of after school programs for inter-city youth. She is the President of the Association of NROTC Colleges and Universities.
